In 2007, Bonsal American launched ProSpec®, its brand of professionally specified building products for architects, engineers and commercial and residential construction contractors. ProSpec products, previously sold under the Bonsal and Pre-Blend brands, include concrete repair and restoration, tile setting and flooring repair, including flooring resurfacing and rehabilitation products.
Found in divisions 3, 4, 7 and 9 of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), ProSpec concrete repair and restoration, tile setting and flooring repair products are easily specified for a wide range of projects from stadiums and parking decks to condominiums and office complexes.
